5. Order Processing & Delivery
Local Delivery
Same-day or expedited courier service is available in select NYC boroughs and Westchester County, subject to cutoff times and availability.
National Shipping
Orders shipped outside the local delivery zone are fulfilled using national carrier networks.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. RelayMRO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
6. Live Tracking & Order Updates
Order status updates and delivery notifications are provided for informational purposes only.
“Live tracking” refers to real-time order status updates, not guaranteed GPS tracking of couriers unless explicitly stated.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of MRO and critical-use components:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Electrical, ignition, and special-order items may be non-returnable
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
